Notifications

Notifications keep you informed about important device events and automation activity in Sensoware.

Enable Notifications

1. Open the Sensoware app settings.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Enable the notifications you want to receive.
4. If prompted, allow Sensoware to send notifications through your device settings.

View Notifications

Open Notifications in the Sensoware app to view recent updates. Select a notification to see more information about the related device or event.

Manage Notification Settings

Use the notification settings to choose which updates you receive. Review these settings whenever you add a device or create an automation.

Troubleshooting

If you are not receiving notifications:

1. Confirm that notifications are enabled in Sensoware.
2. Check that your phone allows notifications from the Sensoware app.
3. Make sure you are signed in to the correct account.
4. Confirm that the related device is online and reporting data.
5. Review the conditions of any related automation.
6. Check your internet connection and try again.
